FAT
(Factory Acceptance Test)

FAT is offered after the stage of panel assembly if required by the Customer.
Standard FAT includes:
  • Power supply circuits checking
  • Power supply switching ON
  • Power supply, interface, I-O modules working capacity checking
  • Power supply, PLC CPU, networking modules working capacity checking
  • Connection with PLC CPU
  • Software downloading
  • Copper bus bar connection
  • Automatic change-over adjustment and testing
  • Power circuit breaker's trip set point adjustment
  • Motor connection
  • VFD parameterization
  • Performance capability checking of VFD and local panel
